An Agriculture Diploma holder trained at a recognized institute. Some positions will be in outstations, ideally close to candidates’ locations. Part-time positions negotiable.

• Requirements
• Extensive practical experience with paddy cultivation, ideally in wet zone paddy cultivation
• Experienced and comfortable with dealing with diverse farmers and other stakeholders frequently and on a practical basis
• Ability to travel regularly around an assigned region to carry out duties
• Ability to produce concise, clear and actionable reports and recommendations on a regular basis
• Responsibilities include
• Agricultural extension and regular field visits
• Building up working relationships and coordinating with assigned farmer groups and other stakeholders
• Setting up and maintaining Internal Control System(s) to monitor and control production
• Coordinating with certifying agencies and escorting inspectors, Rural Returns personnel and other stakeholders on site visits and inspections
• Other activities assigned from time to time by the Managing Director

• Driver’s license with Dual Purpose/Motor Lorry/Light Motor Lorry categories
• Intermediate to advanced photography skills
